Clubhouse Reservations

**Newly and Beautifully Renovated in 2020**

Clubhouse Rates:

  • Upper Level: $175.00
  • Lower Level: $65.00

Refundable deposit: $150.00 (see form for details)

Clubhouse Rental Hours:

  • All events must end by 12:00 Midnight. The clubhouse must be cleaned before leaving.

The procedure for renting the clubhouse is as follows:

  • Contact HomeOwners Advantage at the email [email protected] or at 770-418-0549 to ask about clubhouse availability for the date of your event
  • Download the Clubhouse Agreement from the Resident Portal and fill it out
  • After HomeOwners Advantage has confirmed the clubhouse is available, Write your check for the Rental and Deposit, payable to Sugar Mill Residents’ Association, Inc
  • Mail both the check and the signed form to the address printed on the top of the agreement
  • Once the signed agreement and the check are received, you will be contacted through e-mail to verify that you have successfully made the reservation
  • Your electronic card key will allow you access to the clubhouse on the day of your event
